I had to ask about status of parcel just to know that it has not been dispatched even in one week.
The person on call was good and he took immediate actions. He sent parcel through cargo, that I picked up from depo on same day..
The person also confirmed that it is 100percent cotton. However it is not 100 percent cotton.
Overall not happy with the order

The boxers I received are not the exact same ones shown in the picture. They do not have any tag on the front and they are of some other brand not the one shown.
